USA Cabinets Outlet Return Policy
Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery or pickup. Any products that have been assembled, modified, or installed are not eligible for return or refund.
All returns must be approved in advance by USA Cabinets Outlet. Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up, any approved return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Accessories
- Toe kicks
- Fillers
- Moldings
Returns are accepted only for unassembled RTA cabinets that are unopened and remain in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before and after purchase to confirm that all items, sizes, finishes, and specifications match what was discussed with their sales representative. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Availability and lead times for out-of-stock cabinets may vary due to factors beyond our control. Our team will work diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If a cabinet cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, we may, at our discretion, either:
- issue a refund for that specific item, or
- offer an alternative size or comparable replacement, when available.
Any request for replacement due to shipping damage, defects, or missing parts must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Important Note
To improve product availability and delivery speed, some orders may ship directly from our manufacturer or distribution partners. In these cases, products may arrive in the original supplier packaging, cartons, labels, or documentation.
Regardless of the packaging used, your order is still placed through USA Cabinets Outlet, and our team remains your main point of contact for customer support, shipping issues, claims, and after-sales service.
