Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

At USA Cabinets Outlet, we are committed to providing high-quality cabinetry and related products. Please review the policies below carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only under the same conditions as returns and are subject to product availability.

Exchanges apply only to verified errors and eligible unassembled RTA products purchased directly from USA Cabinets Outlet or authorized sellers.

Fully assembled, custom, semi-custom, or special-order items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Fully assembled cabinets
  • Custom, semi-custom, special-order, or modified products
  • Installed or previously used products

Fully assembled items are final sale with no exceptions.

3. Purchases Through Retailers or Dealers

If you purchased products through an authorized retailer or dealer, please refer to their specific return, exchange, and cancellation policies, as they may differ from ours.

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a verified error by USA Cabinets Outlet.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Submit a Claim

Please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of packaging and affected items (if applicable)

6. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed and a deposit is received, it cannot be canceled.

All deposits are non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after order confirmation — including custom or semi-custom products.

For in-stock, unassembled standard products only, cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been processed, allocated, assembled, or shipped. Approval is subject to review and is not guaranteed.

Fully assembled, custom, and special-order products cannot be canceled once order processing has begun.

7. Policy Updates

USA Cabinets Outlet reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time without prior notice.
