USA Cabinets Outlet warrants to the original residential purchaser that eligible cabinets, hinges, drawer systems, and related accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty coverage may vary by cabinet collection and product line. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, water damage, environmental conditions, product modifications, labor costs, shipping expenses, or damage caused by accidents or acts of nature.
Natural variations in wood grain, texture, color, finish aging, and minor movement due to humidity and temperature changes are normal characteristics of wood products and are not considered defects.
USA Cabinets Outlet reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide a comparable replacement product for any approved warranty claim.

Frameless cabinets use 3/4" plywood boxes, while framed cabinets use 1/2"-3/4" plywood depending on design. This ensures durability, stability, and long-term performance.

How long does it take to receive my cabinets?
In-stock orders ship within 24 hours or a few business days. Pre-orders take about 2-4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit. Pickup is available by appointment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order size, location, and carrier schedules.
How are cabinets packaged and shipped?
RTA cabinets ship flat-packed in factory-standard packaging directly from our Anna, TX warehouse. We also ship countertops, glass, and hardware. Packaging methods may vary based on order type, size, and carrier requirements.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of verified order errors (such as missing or incorrect items, or incorrect color), and only for flat-pack (RTA) items in original, unused condition.
Fully assembled items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

All claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
