Quartz Countertop FAQs
What is the difference between Calacatta, Statuario and Carrara quartz?
Calacatta has bold, dramatic veining on a bright white background. Statuario has crisp white tones with striking gray veins. Carrara has soft, fine gray veining for a subtle, classic marble look.
What slab sizes are available?
Our quartz slabs are available in 126" x 63" and 138" x 79" sizes. Larger slabs mean fewer seams on islands and long countertops.
Does a quartz countertop need to be sealed?
No. Quartz is non-porous, so it does not need sealing. Clean it with mild soap and water.
Can quartz handle hot pans?
Quartz is heat resistant but not heatproof. Always use a trivet or hot pad under hot pots and pans to protect the surface.
