Return & Refund Policy

At USA Cabinets Outlet, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items immediately.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Cabinets that have been assembled, installed, modified, or painted are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee after the order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Accessories, fillers, toe kicks, moldings, and other trim pieces are non-returnable.

Claims for concealed damage, including scratches, warped doors, or manufacturing defects, must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Please review your order carefully before payment. By completing your purchase, you confirm that all product details are correct and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, USA Cabinets Outlet will work with you to provide the item as soon as possible, offer a suitable replacement, or issue a refund for the unavailable product if necessary.
