Please inspect every item as soon as it is delivered or picked up. Anything assembled, modified or installed cannot be returned or refunded.

How to request a return
Three steps, start to finish.

Inspect your delivery
Open the shipment right away and check items, sizes and finishes against your order.

Contact us for approval
Call or email our team with your order details. Returns sent without approval are not accepted.

Send back approved items
Return the approved cabinets unopened in original packaging. The 25% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
Good to know
Out-of-stock items
Lead times can change for reasons outside our control. If a cabinet cannot arrive on time, we may refund that item or offer a comparable size or replacement.
Supplier packaging
Some orders ship directly from our manufacturer or partners, so boxes may show their labels. Your order is still with USA Cabinets Outlet, and we handle all support and claims.

In most cases, yes. Coverage depends on the product and delivery method. Contact our team or enter your details at checkout to see the options for your ZIP code.
Is next-day delivery available for all orders?
No. It depends on stock, processing time and your location. Some items need extra handling before they ship, and we give you an estimated delivery time first. If you have a tight deadline, call us to find the fastest option.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
Only if you choose signature-required delivery. With that option, someone must be available to sign when the shipment arrives, which helps prevent loss or misdelivery.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
We keep processing and delivering orders during public holidays whenever possible. Holiday shipping volume and carrier limits can slow transit in some areas.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What's the status?
Our team tracks every shipment and works to move it forward. Delivery can be delayed by high order volume, carrier delays or other factors outside our control. Contact us any time for an update on your order.
